Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order if the product has any of the following issues:

  • Incorrect product (color, name, style)
  • Serious damage

After this period, we can't offer exchanges anymore.


Return Process

Contact Us: Please send us a direct message on Instagram with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damage or incorrect design.


Arrange Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of courier shipping for the returned item. Please securely package the item and return it to us.


Replacement: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately arrange to send a replacement.
